Aeta Nito Bracelet - Set of 3
These bracelets are made by the Pamulaklakin Aetas of Luzon from the vine of the nito plants that grow on their land.
When they harvest for the bracelet, they don't kill the plant. They cut only the vine before it dies and withers away. It is then able to regrow, making it a rapidly renewable material they can use in their daily life for crafts like baskets.
Culturally, the bracelets are gender-neutral and used by both male & female.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Because the artisans make these products in batches and from various pieces of weaving panels, each set may differ slightly in pattern. Colors will generally, be the same but each set will be unique in pattern and orientation.
